On 11 December 2019, a group of Packeteers helmed by the kiplePay Customer Service team visited Siddharthan Care Center at Petaling Jaya. Despite it being an early morning on a public holiday, the children ranging in age from eight to fourteen were already waiting and greeted us with a hearty “Good morning!”.

On 11 December 2019, a group of Packeteers helmed by the kiplePay Customer Service team visited Siddharthan Care Center at Petaling Jaya. Despite it being an early morning on a public holiday, the children ranging in age from eight to fourteen were already waiting and greeted us with a hearty “Good morning!”.

We started off with ice-breaking games that brought on some intense competition, surprising creativity, and a whole lot of fun and laughter. The kids really enjoyed the games and even requested for more. As Packeteers are always ready for a challenge, we went all in and played several rounds of games together, which left all of us (adults and children alike) hungry and more than ready for lunch.

During lunch, the children sat and waited for everyone to be served before giving thanks and tucking into their meal. We were warmed by how appreciative and polite they were, and how considerate these kids were to each other.

After a filling lunch, we cleaned up together and distributed the donation items collected by Packeteers to the caretakers. The children also received supplies for the upcoming school term and some goodies to celebrate the year-end holidays and festive season.

Good job to kiplePay Customer Service team for coordinating and organizing the meaningful event. It was a day well spent!
