Knocking the door of 2019 with much anticipation, Green Packet decided to champ the first ever Kickoff 2019 Townhall in January 2019. All Packeteers, be it from near and afar, were journeyed to mesmerize the milestone of the Company; from the achievement made in 2018 to the focus and the goal of the Group this year.

The theme of “Embrace Change to Accelerate Growth” was introduced by our Group CEO, Kay Tan, illustrating that change is constant in everyone’s life. Therefore, it is important to have the right approach to tackle any changes that comes to one’s way in order to stay focus and accelerate growth.

For Packeteers to further grasp the meaning of our business theme this year, Packeteers were put to some challenges and games. From thinking creatively to look for the correct hints, taking group photos at some random places and coming out with an origami masterpiece in less than an hour, Packeteers portrayed a strong determination and passion for not giving up and staying focus to brave through every single challenge that came to their way.

Indeed, it was one of the best townhalls that we ever had! Together, we embrace the change and accelerate the growth.
