Moving forward, we will continue to embrace and leverage more new technologies such as Google+ Hangouts on Air to enhance our outreach to potential business owners and even end-users,” added Lai.
‘Hangouts on Air’ is a free service on Google+ that allows people and brands to broadcast publicly. By checking “Enable Hangouts On Air”, you can broadcast your live Hangout – from the Google+ stream, your YouTube channel or your website – to the entire world. Once off the air, Google uploads a public recording to your YouTube channel, and to your original Google+ post for easy sharing and re-sharing even after the broadcast is over.
The P1 event aimed at reaching out to local SMEs to educate them on how technology such as Google+ Hangouts on Air can be a great tool to minimise operation costs. The event also showcased P1’s commitment to embracing new technology and engaging with local SMEs. The event was successfully organised by P1 and Netregy Systems in Petaling Jaya.
