Overview

Integrated Access Devices or IADs provide broadband and telephony features by integrating both voice and data services within a single device. It’s ideal for SOHO users to enjoy faster wireless Internet access and quality VoIP.

MULTI - SERVICE
WA-320 is an integrated data and voice router specially designed for small office and home office (SOHO). With built in 802.11b/g high speed wireless LAN access point, WiFi-enabled devices such as laptops and smart phones can enjoy wireless Internet access at any time, within the SOHO perimeters.

This device supports up to three concurrent LAN devices which can be connected directly to servers and network printers, enabling office automation. Meanwhile, the two FXS VoIP RJ-11 ports provide quality IP-based voice and fax transmission, resulting in significant cost savings as opposed to traditional
telephony systems.

SECURED ACCESS
To ensure privacy, WA-320 protects data transmitted with a 128-bit WEP encryption and supports the industry-strength wireless security of WiFi Protected Access™ (WPA). Additionally, WA-320 is built with SPI firewall to prevent intrusions and other common Internet attacks. It also supports VPN pass-through and can be configured to control users’ access to the Internet.

QUALITY VOICE
iLBC, a low bit rate codec is implemented for quality SIP-based VoIP services. This ensures sustained voice quality during packet loss and limited bandwidth availability. In fact, WA-320 has succeeded interoperability tests (IOT) with leading soft switches. As such, Operators can deploy WA-320 in SOHO environments

REMOTE PROVISION AND MANAGEMENT
An Auto Provisioning Server provides remote firmware updates, configuration initialization, backup and restore functions. Service provisioning is automatically performed each time the WA-320 is connected to the Internet and establishes a link with the Auto Provisioning Server. WA-320 can be managed by most IP network device management systems via SNMP to enable troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
