Technical Product Manager
Responsibilities:

Create and execute development plans to deliver products releases and features sets as per the product roadmap and vision. |

Liaise with R&D team or outsource partners for resource plan and allocation. |
° |
Monitor product/project development progress and ensure on-time delivery. |
° |
Gather Requirement from internal and external sources. |
° |
Manage Delivery schedule on specific product features/product unit. |
° |
Conduct Technology Gap Analysis, Technology assessment and Competitive analysis to identify threat and opportunity for the creation of an Annual Product Roadmap. |
° |
Drive Product Technical Strategies and evolution by translating technology research findings into architecture design. |
° |
Create detailed Software Functional Specifications for the assigned product line (OSS) based on Business Requirement Specification from Product Managers. |
° |
Define product architecture standards to achieve product architecture consistency and compatibility between all product lines. |
° |
Act as subject matter expert and Software Technical Champion on technical implementation, technical specifications, customer technical deep dive presentations, technical product demonstration and presenting in technical industry events. |
° |
Contribute on patent review, technical review content for technical white papers and advise on patent filing of key product lines. |
° |
Create Technical Core contents (e.g. in decks, demos, whitepapers, evidence…). |
° |
Provide technical product training product presentation slides and relevant product collaterals to internal customers to communicate product updates in a timely manner. |

Work closely with Product Manager in
- Product Roadmap planning, product position strategy
- Design and establishes the overall product features
- Product Launch Plan
- Recommend new products or product improvement
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to Innovate and Improve existing product lines

Track technology Requirement and trends. |
° |
Provide internal and external sales, technical presentations and demo products applications. |
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. |
° |
Familiar with internet technologies such as IIS Server, Java Script, XML, HTML, CSS and database technologies such as MySQL. |
° |
At least 5 years of Working Experience in Software Development. |
° |
At least 2 years of working experience in project or product management experience. |
° |
Familiar with programming language such as Java and C++/C. |
° |
Knowledge Business Intelligent tool is an advantage. |
° |
Knowledge OSS or telecommunication. |
° |
Familiar with SDLC or Agile processes. |
° |
Preferably Managers specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent. Job role in Software Architect or Product Management. |

Able to work independently. |
