Responsibilities:

Cope with factory, HQ sales, marketing and finance department in order to effectively accomplish delivery |

Pro-actively monitor regulation and terms on customer orders and L/C |

Plan and provide solution in terms of shipping controls and procedures, ensure process executions in compliance with Taiwan’s law |

Inventory management |

Provide support and back-up assistance to work peers |

Manage PO |

Maintain proper filing records for finance audit |
Requirements:
