Site Acquisition Executive, Department : Property Management
Responsibilities:

To handle Tenancy Agreement renewal nationwide |
°
|
To review all existing list issued Specifications by SI Team (Search Area Request) and conditions with regard to Site Acquisition |
° |
To identify and confirm with property's owners on renting of sites |
° |
To follow throught with the owner on payment of initial lease deposits and lease payments for the first month (follow up with Finance Department) |
Requirements:
° |
Min Cert/Diploma in Real Estate Management or equivalent |
° |
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in sales |
° |
Experienced at managing databases of real estate properties |
° |
Must have at least one year of experience in wireless site acquisition with experience in both leasing and zoning of sites |
° |
Ability to work independently and possess good communication skills |
° |
Experience in telecommunication industries would be an added advantage |
° |
Ability to plan and organize to meet corporate objectives |
° |
Willing to travel outstation in short notice and base outstation |
° |
Posses own transport and a valid driving license (Class D) |
