Senior Executive, Channel Sales Operation

Responsibilities:

Collect sales data through collaborative forms. Develop report and analytical tools to evaluate business unit performance
°
Review & analyze sales performance and other performance data to measure productivity of business partners
°
To ensure timely communication to resellers on new processes, programs etc, to equip the resellers to sell
°
Prepare statistical reports on program progress
°
To set & document product/business requirements/policies
°
To manage the integration of new processes and revision to ensure a successful rollout
°
To access the impact of new processes on an existing suite of processes and procedures
°
To drive initiatives to improve the existing procedures, processes and tools utilised by the team and guide on execution
°
To support the day-to-day user and system related issues for the resellers
°
To resolve reseller queries/disputes on daily operational matters and sales incentives/commissions
°
To drive half yearly business/sales performance review meetings with trade partners to ensure common objectives are aligned and met
°
Monitor and highlight gaps between sales & business targets and results
°
To document business requirements, review functional specifications & perform UATs

Requirements:

°
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent
°
Min 5 year(s) of sales or operational experience
°
A background that spans IT/Operations would be considered an advantage
°
Knowledge of statistical planning, marketing and operations functions
°
Cross-functional business team experience
°

Advance skills in MS Office product
