Operation System & Support Engineer
Responsibilities:

Responsible to administer and support existing OSS systems |
° |
Provide application/system support to users |
° |
Responsible to make sure that all systems are in the Highest Availability Setup and update system/network monitoring |
° |
Carry out projects activities to improve effectiveness of OSS systems |
Requirements:
° |
Degree in Engineering / Electronics / Computer Science / IT |
° |
Minimum of 3 years of working experiences in OSS or server/network management |
° |
Any of the Professional Certification is a Plus Point and will be Given Priorities: CCNA, CCNP, MCP, MCSE, RHCE, and ITIL |
° |
Familiar with OSS Implementation or server/network management |
° |
Familiar with any of the following NMS and Performance Management Tools: Solarwinds ,OP Manager, HP OpenView, IBM Netcool, IBM Proviso, CA Spectrum / E-Health, OSI NetExpert, EMC SMART, Applications Manager, Netflow Traffic Analyzer, Network Configuration Management |

Familiar with any Industry widely used ITIL Based Ticketing System / Service Desk |
° |
Familiar with any of the following Operating System: Window 2003 server, Linux, SUN Solaris, hpux |
° |
Exposed to any of the following Management Protocol: SNMP, MIB, OID, COBRA, JMS/XML, Q3, SOAP |
° |
Technical background in IT/Telecommunication’s 2G/3G/ WIFI / WIMAX Technologies are added advantages and will be given priorities |
° |
Strong interpersonal and communication skills able to interact with people from all levels and seniority |
° |
Fast learner, results oriented and able to work independently with minimal supervision |
° |
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply |
