Manager, Spectrum Development (Technical & Regulation )
Responsibilities:

To provide proposal and strategic views relating to spectrum and technology to top management |
° |
To participate in spectrum and technology related discussion locally and globally |
° |
To facilitate resolution of frequency interference issues and disputes |
° |
To respond to Public Inquiry and / or Public Consultant Paper with regards to spectrum related matters |
° |
To monitor and advice management on local and international policies and regulations in particular to spectrum related matters |
° |
To represent the company in the technical and spectrum related matters in various technical committee, working groups and forums |
° |
Other duties as assigned by the superior |
Requirements:
° |
Diligent person and possess leadership with high sense of responsibility |
° |
Proactive, resourceful, a team player and able to maintain good relationship with regulator |
° |
Degree holder preferably in Telecommunications Engineering |
° |
7-10 years working experience with at least 5 years experience in telecommunication industry |
° |
Must be proficient with the Telecommunication Frequency Assignment and spectrum related matters |
° |
Possess negotiation and analytical skills |
° |
PC and MS Office literate |
° |
Familiar with Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 and Technical Regulations |
