Customer Care Consultant
Responsibilities:

Attend to customers' enquiries, request and complaints promptly through all approved communication channels and tools |

Able to correspond professionally and diplomatically to customers (internal and external) |
° |
Take accountability of follow through and any action required to ensure that customers case(s)/ticket(s) including complex cases are resolved to ensure customers are delighted and satisfied |
° |
To assist in the preparation and maintenance of reports as and when, requested by superiors |
° |
Demonstrate good telephony etiquette when dealing with both internal and external customers |
° |
Perform and complete any adhoc tasks as and when assigned by superiors |
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent |
° |
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position |
° |
Friendly, positive, good communication and interpersonal skills |
