Assistant Manager, Credit Operations

Responsibilities:

°
To ensure all payments by subscribers from all payment channels are updated promptly
°
To manage and maintain various payment modes to ensure accuracy and efficiency, as well as an alternative manual process as contingency
°
Liaison with external payment agencies (e.g. banks, dealers, retail stores, post office) to ensure the most effective process is practiced which includes negotiation on collection cost based on business volume and market environment
°
To review and recommend additional/new payment modes from time to time based on changing market and business environment to provide most convenient and secured method for customers
°
To ensure smooth running of departmental operations and manage all operations issues related to payment channels and payment updates
°
To manage and supervise the internal collection team to ensure collection target is met
°
To ensure effective strategy is implemented with appropriate and timely action for effective recovery

Requirements:

°
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field
°
At least 5 years of relevant working experience
°
Working experience on liaison with banks and retail outlets on brand affiliation, co-branding or payment related matters would be an added advantage
°
Strong leadership and communication skills
°
A team player who has the passion to excel
°
Mature, optimistic, strategic thinking and result oriented
