Assistant Manager, Spectrum Management (Technical & Regulation)
Responsibilities:

Fostering effective institutional relations with government agencies and industry associations by conducting and attending meetings, seminar, forum etc and identifying key stakeholders, developing and maintaining effective relations, implementing appropriate policies and procedures for internal and external relationship |

To manage day to day AA applications to SKMM |

To ensure all P1's sites have the valid AA licenses from SKMM |
° |
To ensure all the AA applications are in compliance to the relevant Standard Radio System Plan by SKMM |
° |
To represent the company in the industry working group related to AA and to ensure the company interest is protected |
° |
To facilitate the resolution of frequency interference issues and dispute for both Fixed Station and Mobile Station |
° |
Administer random technical site audit exercise and establish a checklist which ties back to regulator's checklist to ensure compliance to stipulate rules and regulations |
° |
To prepare AoP for AA opex requirement and to ensure all the new and renewal AA budgeted accordingly |
° |
Other duties as assigned by the superior |
Requirements:

Diligent person and possess good leadership with high sense of responsibility |
° |
Proactive, resourceful, a team player and able to maintain good relationship with regulator |
° |
Degree holder preferably in Telecommunications Engineering |
° |
5-7 years working experience with at least 3 years experience in telecommunication industry. |
° |
Must be proficient with the Telecommunication Frequency Assignment and spectrum related matter |
° |
Must be proficient with the Communications and Multimedia Act 1998 and Technical Regulations |
° |
Possess negotiation and analytical skills |
° |
PC and MS Office literate |
