Manager, Sales Training
Responsibilities:

Be close and go on ground to identify, coach and motivate ground sales |

To create and maintain a consumer-led learning and development environment within the sales function |

To plan, develop and implement strategy for staff training and development, establish and maintain appropriate systems for measuring necessary aspects of staff training and development |
° |
Conduct and supervise training and development programs for Channel Sales staff, Resellers and Promoters to develop skills, enhance productivity and quality of work |
Requirements:
° |
Bachelor's Degree in any discipline |
° |
More than five (5) year's experience in training |
° |
Experience in sales is required |
° |
Strong inter-personal skills |
° |
Coaching and facilitation skills |
° |
Have good communication skills, demonstration skills, business aptitude and work ethic |
° |
Must be a self starter and able to work independently |
