Executive, Trade Marketing
Responsibilities:

To handle the planning and distribution of POS materials in all reseller stores effectively and efficiently at all time |

Ensure that POSM objectives in terms of availability and visibility are achieved in all touch points |

To accurately forecast trends, plans stock levels and monitor performance and efficiency of the POS materials in the market |
° |
Maintain close relationship with resellers to build loyalty and obtain market feedback |
° |
Involve and work closely with other departments for development of suitable marketing material to support the distribution of company products and services |

Assist in the planning, development and implementation of trade marketing and promotional activities throughout the consumer channel value chain such as road shows, ground events and merchandising activities |

To work and liaise with internal and external partners/ event organizers/ vendors for road-shows/events and exhibitions, ensuring effective and efficient execution of activities |
| ° |
Assist to roll out marketing and promotional strategies to enhance more quality and sales driven events in Central and other regions |
| ° |
To plan, execute, oversee, coordinate and follow-up with all event activities, and must attend to event locations to ensure smooth operation during the promotions, including weekends when necessary |

To feedback/escalate any urgent/critical issues or problems to Management on a timely basis during the events and follow-up with post mortem reports after the event |

Compile and update event schedule on timely basis as required by management and to ensure all ad-hoc updates/cancellation to be updated and maintain accurately in order to guarantee that the management & Consumer Sales Team are fully informed at all times. |

Manage all assigned materials and equipment in a secure and efficient manner in order to maximize the use of organization assets |

To ensure that one is up-to-date with the latest information on company's products services, marketing plans, etc. and of any changes in policies and standard operating procedures to ensure that information is relayed to our customers accurately and in a consistent manner |
Requirements:

Preferably 1-2 years working experience in related industry. Fresh graduate with the right attitude is encouraged to apply |

Minimum Bachelor's Degree, Diploma, Professional Certificate in Marketing / Advertising / Media / Mass Communications or equivalent qualification with credits in English and BM |
° |
Strong leadership, good motivator, influencing, networking and management qualities |

Effective communication and presentation skills |
