Director, Business Planning
Responsibilities:

A. Business Planning |

Financial planning and review of Annual Operating Plan. |
°
|
Monthly and Quarterly Financial forecasting. |
°
|
Approve Business Evaluation for new Investment (Capex or Sales & Marketing). |
°
|
Approve Business Feasibility of New products/Services or changes in existing products. |
°
|
Business Review and Analysis of New sales projects or business. |
°
|
Assist in Funding exercise by providing financial projections to interested parties. |

B. Financial Reporting |

Preparation of Monthly Financial Reporting to Ex-Co members and Stakeholders (Shareholders and Creditors). |
° |
Reporting key drivers performance index. |
° |
Preparation of Quarterly Review and forecast to Board of Directors. |
° |
Review and Analyse Products Profitability Updates. |
° |
Review and Analyse Distribution Channels Profitability. |

C. Finance Operation |
° |
Controlling of Chart of Accounts. |
° |
Monitoring of New Capex and Sales & Marketing Purchase Requisition. |
° |
Review and recommend of Non-budgeted items. |
Requirements:
° |
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or Professional Certification (ACCA, CIMA, MICPA, ICAEW, AICPA, ICAA or equivalent) |
° |
At least 5 year(s) working experience in financial reporting, analysis, modeling and budgeting. |
° |
Audit experiences will be an added advantage. |
° |
Good analytical skills and has good business acumen. |
° |
Good interpersonal skills and able to work in team. |
° |
Good communication skills. |
