Corporate Account Manager
Responsibilities:

Maintaining existing accounts and getting new accounts to achieve continual growth of customers base in-term of subscribers and revenue |

Achieve customer satisfaction towards the response time on queries and complaints |

Achieve continual addition to customer base enterprise accounts with higher Average Revenue Per User |
° |
Meeting monthly sign up target |
° |
Submission of weekly sales report to management |
Requirements:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or Master's Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent |

At least 5 year(s) of working experience of which preferably with a minimum of 2 years experience in selling |

Preferably Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalent. Job role in Sales Executive/Account Manager or equivalent |

Candidate must possess basic computer knowledge (example Microsoft Office, negotiation skills, problem solving and analytical skills |
