Program Manager
Responsibilities:

Review Product requirement and specifications, track on implementation and schedule |

Define development plan and manage resource to implement, manage all cycles in PDLC |

Release the product and track defects and status |
° |
Communicate the progress with product department and management team periodically. |
Requirements:
° |
BS or above in Computer Science or equivalent. At least 1 year work experience
|
° |
Rich experiences on programming, especially on C++, Java
|
° |
Technical management skill is advantage
|
° |
Be familiar with CMM, RUP etc. process
|
° |
Team work and innovation. Work well in a team environment or individually, with a positive attitude. Good communication skills |
° |
Good oral and written English(CET-4 or above) |
