Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic and technical regulatory leadership, expertise and advice to the Fintech & Multimedia arm of Green Packet
  • Develop and maintain high level of contact with external Regulatory stakeholders including customers, business partners, associate companies and regulatory authorities (BNM & MCMC)
  • Provide regulatory support and training for internal and external customers in line with defined Regulatory plans and in response to ad-hoc questions
  • Maintain documented regulatory project plans in line with agreed best practice
  • Facilitate and support the development and documentation of revised regulatory processes in line with Group compliance policies

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • At least 10 years of working experience in regulatory and compliance
  • Sound knowledge and good relationship with Bank Negara Malaysia and MCMC for regulatory approval purposes

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Head of Legal in handling legal matters, which include day-to-day operational work, strategic projects, corporate exercises, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance
  • Assist the Head of Legal to prepare, draft and participate in the negotiation of significant commercial contracts and critical projects
  • Assist the Head of Legal in providing sound legal analysis, communicate the impact of legal risks, advice on deals and value propositions to internal and external stakeholders and recommend ways to mitigate such identified risks
  • Coordinate and drive legal solutions in line with the Company’s commercial requirements and strategies
  • Assist the Head of Legal to manage and liaise with external parties, external counsel, regulators and authorities on various matters to achieve the best possible options or positions for the Group

  • Provide diagnostic support, identify root causes and remediate issues related to stability and scalability

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead all the digital marketing campaigns and promotion of the app which includes but not limited to the Websites, ED, Social Media (Facebook Boost and Insta Stories) and SEO
  • Develop a full digital marketing budget ownership, management and monitoring
  • Set digital marketing goals and strategic direction together with the Head of Marketing that is in line with the company objectives
  • Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Evaluate emerging technologies too

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work with all subsidiaries and regional offices in terms of daily HR Operations and follow up task / initiatives
  • Assist HR Manager in setting up Human Capital requirements for all subsidiaries and regional offices
  • Ensure monthly payroll is processed on time
  • Ensure monthly payment to statutory bodies, ie. EPF, SOCSO, PSMB, PCB & Zakat, are submitted on time
  • Manage the staff movement efficiently, ie. promotion, transfer and etc

  • Install, configure, administer, maintain and troubleshoot mission-critical servers (Linux & Windows)
